Seedling Starts!

Started the seedlings today!
Yippy!

I will update in one week with the growth as most germination period is 7-14 days !

Gardening season is closer...

I've tried so hard to put the whole gardening thing on the backburner because of how long it takes spring to show up in my area. WELL now it's all over the stores! seeds, plants, gardening tools etc etc

So now I just have to pay attention and plan my whole gardening LIFE.

To start off my planning. MARTHA STEWART SEEDS.

Yup, I said right. Martha stewart seeds. There isn't a huge selection like with Burpee or Jiffy/Mckenzie but they are organic..And they are Martha Stewart so. I'm in. Ps they are only available at home depot.

Thats about all I got right now. I do plan on purchasing a few things this weekend so I will do updates then.

So I dug up the yard.. got rid of the majority of grass where I'm putting my SFG.

What a mess! Also marked out where the SFG's are going to be so I could visualize it a bit.

So excited to start my seeds this week! even though its SNOWING outside.

Buying.. and planning.

So I pretty much have all of my seeds!! I'm still on the hunt for.. Rosemary, Normal Mint & Potato seeds ( good for my region ) But..

Today I bought:

• Crimison Giant Champion Radish
• Onion Annual Bunching
• Mesclun Salad mix

Now I'm going to do the tedious part - planning.

Planning where they are going to go.. planning who goes next to who.. or against the wall etc..etc.. Not my favorite part of gardening but definity an important part!

I think i'm going to dip into the potato land too.. bought a "potato tub" now I'm going to go to my local garden store and ask them ...what the heck I'm doing.

I've also never grown carrots before! eeek!

Anywho, Thats all thats new. Going to start my Seedlings indoors in the next few weeks.
